Role Overview
Hiring for a Field Sales Team Leader in Dubai.
Lead sales performance improvement, team growth, key-account servicing, revenue expansion, and CRM adoption.
Sales Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop systems and processes to measure and report the performance of the existing sales team.
- Negotiate and customize minimum performance standards for each sales manager based on experience, competencies, and territory.
- Develop and continuously implement an ongoing sales recruitment process.
- Grow the sales team through hands-on coaching, role-play practice, and a success guide.
Accounts and Growth
- Manage and service up to two or three major accounts considered important to the business.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and sales revenue.
- Promote real-time CRM maintenance by the sales team in conjunction with the sales process.
Requirements
- Ability to develop systems and processes for measuring and reporting sales-team performance.
- Ability to set and customize performance standards based on individual experience, competencies, and territory.
- Capability to recruit, coach, and develop a sales team in quantity and quality.
- Ability to manage major accounts and provide sales servicing.
- Ability to design and implement a strategic plan for customer-base and sales-revenue growth.
- Ability to drive ongoing CRM maintenance in alignment with the sales process.
