Job Overview
Seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Butler for personalized service in a prestigious private household.
The role supports VIPs, UHNWIs, royal families, private estates, luxury hotels, or executive residences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized butler and hospitality services within a private residence.
- Provide formal dining service, including table setting, fine dining etiquette, wine service, and guest hospitality.
- Manage wardrobe care, travel packing and unpacking, and organization of personal belongings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, chefs, drivers, security, and other household staff.
- Prepare the residence for guests, private events, formal dinners, and official functions.
- Manage household inventories, supplies, and procurement coordination.
- Provide personal assistance while maintaining confidentiality.
- Anticipate the Principal’s preferences and requirements.
- Travel internationally with the Principal when required.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Private Butler, Household Butler, or similar role serving elite private or hospitality clients.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of formal service etiquette, luxury hospitality, and household management.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Trustworthiness, reliability, loyalty, and discretion.
- Ability to work in a fully staffed household environment.
- Professional appearance and impeccable personal presentation.
- Flexibility to travel internationally with the Principal.
- Calm, adaptable, and service-oriented approach in a dynamic household.
