Role Overview
Lead the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of a prestigious luxury jewellery boutique in Dubai.
The role requires luxury jewellery sales experience, clienteling expertise, team leadership, and an established HNW/UHNW client network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead boutique operations and commercial performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Drive high-value luxury jewellery sales through clienteling, relationship management, and personalised engagement.
- Develop an extensive personal client database, particularly among HNW/UHNW clients, VIPs, collectors, and luxury consumers.
- Build client relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and private appointments.
- Conduct outreach, follow-ups, private viewings, trunk shows, and VIP events.
- Manage the complete client journey in line with luxury brand standards.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team.
- Monitor sales, conversion, average transaction value, retention, and team performance KPIs.
- Maintain product presentation, visual merchandising, stock management, security, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, merchandising, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Proven background in luxury jewellery retail and sales.
- An extensive established database of HNW/UHNW clients and strong luxury jewellery market relationships.
- Experience leading and developing a boutique team.
- Strong clienteling, relationship management, and personalised service capability.
