Role Description

  • The Sales Supervisor role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
  • This role is responsible for leading and supporting a sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets for RX Plus compounding pharmacy related services.

Day to day Responsibilities

  • Supervising sales activities, setting performance goals, monitoring key metrics, and providing coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Managing customer accounts, ensuring high quality customer service, and building long term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and contributing to training initiatives and process improvements to drive overall sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Team Management and Training skills to lead, develop, and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client relationships and convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and support data driven decision making.
  • Experience in sales supervision or team leadership within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and adapt to a fast paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) is an advantage.
