Responsibilities
- Safely transport clinical staff and medical supplies between home locations, health facilities, and designated service points
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well maintained, and compliant with safety standards
- Complete basic vehicle checks before and after trips
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and healthcare teams
- Assist patients with boarding and exiting vehicles when needed
- Maintain accurate records of trips and deliveries
- Provide courteous, professional service and adhere to company policies and UAE traffic regulations
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle license recognized in the UAE with a clean driving record
- Own car
- Strong truck driving skills and experience operating trucks safely in urban and inter emirate routes
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, healthcare staff, and patients
- Customer service skills to provide respectful, patient centered transport
- Familiarity with basic vehicle safety checks and routine maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of English
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Northern Emirates for Drivers supporting Home Health Services in the Northern Emirates. The driver will be responsible for safely transporting clinical staff, and medical supplies between home locations, health facilities, and designated service points.
Daily Tasks
- Following assigned routes and schedules
- Ensuring vehicles are clean, well maintained, and compliant with safety standards
- Completing basic vehicle checks before and after trips
- Communicating clearly with dispatch and healthcare teams
- Assisting patients with boarding and exiting vehicles when needed
- Maintaining accurate records of trips and deliveries
- Providing courteous, professional service
- Adhering to company policies and UAE traffic regulations
- Responding flexibly to changing operational needs
Qualifications
- Strong truck driving skills and experience operating trucks safely in urban and inter emirate routes
- Own car
- Valid CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle license recognized in the UAE, with a clean driving record
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, healthcare staff, and patients
- Customer service skills to provide respectful, patient centered transport and handle inquiries professionally
- Familiarity with basic vehicle safety checks and routine maintenance, and an understanding of road safety regulations
- Previous experience in healthcare transport, logistics, or home health services is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent education; knowledge of English is required, and additional regional languages are a plus
