- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (preferred)

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff.
- Candidates should be Arabic Speaker.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties skills to manage patient bookings and front line coordination activities.
- Candidates should possess Medical Terminology knowledge to accurately understand and relay clinical information and documentation.
- Relevant experience in patient coordination, customer service, or healthcare administration, ideally within home health or clinical settings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic health record or scheduling software.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and maintain a patient centered approach.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
