Role Description

  • The Personal Assistant role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Day to day responsibilities include handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining files and records, and supporting the smooth execution of business activities.
  • The role involves liaising with internal teams and external partners, organizing events and appointments, and ensuring efficient diary management and follow up on action items.
  • The Personal Assistant is expected to maintain strict confidentiality, prioritize tasks effectively, and contribute to a professional and well structured working environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, professional correspondence, and stakeholder interaction.
  • Proficient Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating meetings across time zones.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records and office systems.
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and comfort working with digital tools and platforms.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field; prior experience in healthcare or investment sectors is an advantage.
