Responsibilities
- Promote compounding pharmacy products and customized formulations to physicians and clinics
- Conduct regular clinic visits and medical detailing to explain the benefits of compounded medications
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers
- Generate prescriptions and expand RX Plus presence within clinics
- Identify new clinics and business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide feedback on market needs and competition
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related medical field
- 2 5 years experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in UAE healthcare market
- Experience promoting products to Dermatologists, Aesthetic Medicine Physicians, Gynecologists, Endocrinologists, Anti aging / Functional Medicine doctors, and General Practitioners in aesthetic or wellness clinics
- Background in dermatology, hormone therapy, aesthetics, peptides, or wellness products highly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Target driven with strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Valid UAE driving license
- Language Preferred: English, Arabic and Indian Speakers
