Requirements

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing and other healthcare professionals
- Experience in Training, mentoring, or educating patients, families, and clinical staff
- Previous experience in home health services, community care, or similar settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity

Role Description
- This full time, on site role is based in Northern Emirates and focuses on providing home health services as a General Practitioner covering the Northern Emirates.
- The General Practitioner will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, manage primary care and family medicine cases, and develop personalized care plans for individuals receiving home based services.
Daily Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, coordinating with nursing staff and allied health professionals, and ensuring continuity of care.
- Regular home visits, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Participating in patient and family education, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and supporting training activities within the clinical team.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of conditions in home health settings.
- Experience in Family Medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient centered care planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
- Experience in Training, mentoring, or educating patients, families, and clinical staff on health management and best practices.
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid licensure or eligibility to practice as a General Practitioner in the UAE.
- Previous experience in home health services, community care, or similar settings is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse patient populations.
