- Educate patients and families on home care practices, infection prevention, and health maintenance

Requirements
- Strong nursing skills including clinical procedures and patient assessment
- Foundational medicine related understanding to follow care plans
- Home care experience including compassionate, person centered care in residential settings
- Patient care skills such as monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety
- Wound care skills including dressing changes, infection prevention, and basic wound assessment
- Valid nursing registration or license as per UAE regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in home health, community nursing, or similar care settings preferred
- Ability to travel within Northern Emirates for home visits and work flexible schedules
- Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical, patient centered practice and adherence to infection control and safety standards

Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Dubai for a Registered Assistant Nurse focused on Home Health services in the Northern Emirates.
- Involves providing high quality nursing and personal care to patients in their homes, including monitoring vital signs, administering treatments, and supporting daily living activities.
- Assist with wound care, medication reminders, and coordination of care under supervision of senior nursing and medical staff.
- Document patient status, report changes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
