About the Role
Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative in Jeddah to promote and sell medical products and services within an assigned geographic area. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a medical field or Biomedical, minimum 2 years of medical sales experience, and bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales goals
- Develop, build, and maintain long term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
- Follow up on leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize benefits of Medtronic products and/or services
- Promote and establish education about the company's products and/or services
- Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities
- Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as necessary
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in medical field or Biomedical
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in medical sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft skills especially with Excel
- Ability to travel outside Jeddah as per business requirements
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bilingual speaker (Arabic & English)

Responsibilities

- Responsible for developing, building, and maintaining long term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
- Responsible for following up on leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximise the benefits of Medtronic products and/or services
- Promotes and establishes education about the company's products and/or services
- Conducts market research, including customer and competitor activities
- Implements market development plans/strategies and makes changes as necessary
- Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required in medical field or Biomedical
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in medical sales, 2 years in cardiac surgery or any relevant experience will be preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft skills especially with excel
- Ability to travel outside Jeddah as per business requirements
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bilingual speaker (Arabic & English)
