About The Role

  • We are seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Representative to support the growth of a creative design and consultancy company specializing in cafés, restaurants, retail outlets, and hospitality projects.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the external market.
  • This role is ideal for someone with experience in design consultancy, fit out, architecture, interior design, or construction related sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the F&B, retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients, developers, restaurant owners, café brands, and project stakeholders.
  • Promote the company’s design, architecture, fit out, and consultancy services to prospective clients.
  • Arrange client meetings, presentations, and project discussions to understand customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with the design and technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiations, and project opportunities to secure new business.
  • Build and maintain long term client relationships to ensure repeat business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects within the KSA market.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and client communication updates.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of sales or business development experience within one or more of the following sectors: Architecture & Design Consultancy, Interior Fit Out, Construction, Hospitality Projects, Retail / F&B Design Projects.
  • Strong network within the Saudi market is highly preferred.
  • Experience dealing with restaurant, café, or retail brands is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self motivated with strong business development capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
