About the Role
Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative for Advanced Surgical in the Southern Region of Saudi Arabia, based in Abha or Jazan. The role involves promoting and selling Medtronic products, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and conducting market research.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales goals
- Develop, build, and maintain long term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
- Follow up on leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits of Medtronic products
- Promote and establish education about company products and services
- Conduct market research including customer and competitor activities
- Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as necessary
- Communicate customer feedback on new products or changes to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or related healthcare field
- 2 years of experience in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or related industry, preferably surgery sales (GYN or GS specialties)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong Microsoft skills especially with Excel
