About the Role
Medtronic is looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell advanced surgical products in the Southern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting market research, and providing education on products.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales goals
- Develop, build, and maintain long term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
- Follow up on leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize benefits of Medtronic products and/or services
- Promote and establish education about the company's products and/or services
- Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities
- Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as necessary
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related healthcare field
- 2 years of experience with a proven track record in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry, preferably surgery sales discipline (GYN or GS specialties)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast paced clinical environment
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong Microsoft skills especially with Excel

Responsibilities
- Promotes and sells Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales goals.
