What We’re Looking For

  • 2–6 years of experience as Sales Manager, B2B sales, or full cycle SaaS closing roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong experience managing complex sales cycles from discovery to close.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage HR leaders, founders, recruitment teams, and enterprise decision makers.
  • High ownership mentality with strong execution, urgency, and commercial instincts.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or AI driven products is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and signed contracts.
  • Drive revenue growth across mid market and enterprise accounts through consultative selling.
  • Run high quality discovery calls, product demos, and strategic commercial conversations with key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and executive decision makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand Qureos’ presence across target markets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene across all active opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to maximize conversion and customer outcomes.
  • Gather customer and market insights to strengthen product positioning and go to market strategy.
  • Represent Qureos with professionalism, energy, and a high performance mindset in every interaction.
