We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS or technology sales, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, and the ability to inspire a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand our customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including founders and hiring managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our AI recruitment platform through proposals and presentations.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasting and strategic insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and to provide valuable market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead a sales team and drive the sales process from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the local market in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for this role.
  • Candidate should have outdoor sales experience
