- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase wholesale flower sales across the KSA market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with florists, event companies, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Manage sales targets, pricing negotiations, and contract agreements
- Coordinate closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 10 years of experience in wholesale flower sales or floral distribution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of fresh flowers, floral products, and the KSA flower market
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet sales targets
- Existing network within florists, hotels, event planners, and retailers in KSA
- Experience with import/export flower trading is a plus
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Valid KSA driving license is preferred

Role Overview
- Domus Flower LLC is seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our wholesale flower business in Saudi Arabia.
- The ideal candidate must have strong experience in wholesale flower sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to grow revenue within the floral industry.
