About the Role
The Bridal Atelier seeks a female Bridal Consultant to promote and sell bridal ensembles, provide superior customer service, and create memorable experiences for brides. Requires prior bridal retail or luxury retail sales experience and fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
- Ensure company policies, procedures, brand and service standards are fulfilled for each customer
- Provide courteous service to all customers in accordance with The Bridal Showroom Standards
- Create a positive environment for all customers, team and vendors
- Consult with Brides and determine their various bridal gown preferences
- Meet selling goals by closing sales and meeting conversion goals
- Give clarity to Brides on possible ways of shopping for their wedding dress and lay out all options
- Guide the bride and help her find her dream dress, giving honest advice and suggestions
- Assist Brides in trying on wedding dress selections
- Suggest and style the bride's look by suggesting accessories and alteration possibilities
- Ensure Brides understand what their wedding dress would look like using product knowledge, understanding of body shape, fabrics and cuts
- Finalise the sale and create a memorable 'Say Yes to the Dress' moment
- Assist Brides with gown fittings and alterations by following up with tailors
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or similar and/or Diploma in styling
- Prior hands on full time Bridal retail (Preferred)
- Experience in Luxury Retail sales roles
- Experience in Customer Service oriented tasks
- Experience in fashion styling
- Experience in driving sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Ms Office
- Bridal Passion & Sales skills
- High ability to be patient
- Creative in fashion styling

Job Summary
- We are one of the leading bridal boutiques in the region, where we make brides’ dreams come true.
- The primary responsibility of the Bridal Sales Consultant is promoting and selling the bride her entire ensemble (Dress, Headpiece and Accessories), providing superior customer services in order to grow sales, profitability and meet financial goals.
Main Bridal Consultant Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure The Bridal Showroom company policies, procedures, brand and service standards are fulfilled for each customer and their Kleinfeld experience is met or exceeded.
- Provide courteous service to all customers in accordance with The Bridal Showroom Standards.
- Create a positive environment for all customers, The Bridal Showroom team and all vendors.
- Consulting with Brides and determining their various bridal gown preference.
- Being sales driven.
- Meet selling goals by closing sales and meeting conversion goals.
- Giving clarity to Brides on the possible ways of shopping for their wedding dress and laying out all possible options.
- Be a solution to the bride who is coming in through the doors by guiding her and helping her find her dream dress giving her the right and most honest advice and suggestion.
- Assisting Brides in trying on her wedding dress selection.
- Suggesting and styling the brides look by suggesting various accessories and alteration possibilities.
- Ensuring Brides have a great understanding of what their wedding dress would look like by the end of their consultation using your product knowledge, your understanding of body shape, fabrics and cuts.
- Ensuring you finalise the sale and creating a memorable 'Say Yes to the Dress' moment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or similar and/or Diploma in styling.
- Prior hands on full time Bridal retail (Preferred).
- Experience in Luxury Retail sales roles.
- Experience in Customer Service oriented tasks.
- Experience in fashion styling.
- Problem resolution skills.
- Experience in driving sales.
- Demonstrate highest level of ethics and integrity.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 10,000 AED 11,000 per month
