Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with flower shop partners and key clients
- Identify and onboard new flower shop customers across Jordan
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long term account retention
- Coordinate with operations team for timely order fulfilment and deliveries
- Prepare and execute marketing plans targeting prospective customers
- Achieve weekly marketing, email, phone call, WhatsApp, and customer visit targets
- Introduce potential customers to the company's platform and provide account setup and product training
- Follow up with newly onboarded customers to encourage regular ordering
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote new flower varieties and cross sell products to existing customers
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management
- Submit weekly update to General Manager highlighting achievements, opportunities, and challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel within Jordan
- Valid Jordanian Driving Licence (Preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic and English

Overview
- Domus Flower Jordan is seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Executive to join our team in Amman, Jordan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with flower shop partners and key clients.

Requirements

- Experience in the floral, horticultural, FMCG, fresh produce, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.

- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Jordan when required.
- Valid Jordanian Driving Licence (Preferred).
