About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end procurement process, including sourcing materials and services
- Evaluate suppliers and prepare and process purchase orders in line with project and organizational requirements
- Handle requests for quotation (RFQs) and negotiate favorable terms
- Ensure compliance with budget, quality, and delivery standards
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and track order status
- Analyze procurement data to support cost optimization and continuous improvement
- Build strong supplier relationships and support technical and commercial evaluations for procurement decisions
Requirements
- Skills in Supplier Evaluation and Request for Quotation (RFQ) management
- Skills in preparing and processing Purchase Orders
- Strong Analytical Skills to compare bids, monitor costs, evaluate performance data
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
- Experience in procurement, engineering projects, or supply chain within industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
