- Develop strong relationships within assigned leisure and corporate segments
- Drive revenue, room night production, and market share growth to meet annual sales targets
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within designated markets
- Grow existing accounts through strategic account management
- Represent the hotel at client meetings, trade shows, sales missions, networking events, and industry functions
- Build and execute effective sales plans for assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal teams to create bespoke solutions for luxury travelers and corporate clients
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the ultra luxury hospitality sector
- Mandatory experience in either Leisure or Corporate segment
- Established relationships and proven business success within CIS, Europe, or ASPAC markets
- Strong network of luxury travel partners, consortia, travel advisors, corporate decision makers, and high value clients
- Demonstrated track record of generating new business, growing accounts, and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to develop sales strategies

What You'll Do
- You will be responsible for developing strong relationship within your assigned leisure and corporate segment to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- Drive revenue, room night production, and market share growth to meet and exceed annual sales targets and hotel budget objectives.
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the designated markets (CIS, Europe, ASPAC and/or relevant corporate accounts), consistently achieving and surpassing prospecting and appointment targets.
- Grow existing accounts through strategic account management, uncovering new opportunities and increasing account penetration within your market segment.
- Represent the hotel at client meetings, trade shows, sales missions, networking events, and industry functions, positioning the hotel as a preferred ultra luxury destination.
- Build and execute effective sales plans that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across your assigned territory.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to create bespoke solutions and exceptional experiences that align with the expectations of luxury travelers and corporate clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions reflect the highest standards of service, professionalism, and luxury hospitality.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the ultra luxury hospitality sector, representing internationally recognized luxury hotel or resort brands.
- Mandatory experience in either the Leisure or Corporate segment, with a strong understanding of the sales dynamics and commercial strategies within your area of expertise.
- Established relationships and proven business success within the specified markets (CIS, Europe, APAC and/or relevant corporate markets).
- A strong network of luxury travel partners, consortia, travel advisors, corporate decision makers, and high value clients.
- Deep understanding of the ultra luxury hospitality landscape and the expectations of high net worth individuals, VIP guests, and discerning travellers.
- Demonstrated track record of generating new business, growing existing accounts, increasing market share, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Exceptional relationship building, communication, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and key industry partners.
