Position Overview
- The Lana, Dubai Dorchester Collection seeks a Butler to provide professional and personalized service.
- The role is part of the Rooms Butler Services division.
- Full time permanent contract.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional and personalized service to ensure guests receive the best experience.
- Be knowledgeable of in suite services, technology, amenities, hotel services, and city wide activities.
- Ensure allocated guest rooms are ready on time and all special requests prepared.
- Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, exceeding expectations from arrival to departure.
- Act as point of contact for guests during their stay, assisting with arrangements or requests.
- Responsible for packing, unpacking, serving F&B requirements in the room, and liaising with other departments.
- Assist guests and handle any concerns professionally to ensure positive outcomes.
- Responsible for cleanliness and proper handling of assigned work areas, equipment, and materials.
What You'll Bring

- Detail oriented and hands on team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, dynamic, and guest focused with ability to deliver extraordinary service.
- Knowledgeable of PMS, payroll, and purchasing systems; computer literate.
- Great communication skills with strong guest service ethic.
- English required; additional languages such as Arabic preferred.
- At least 1 year experience in similar position in luxury 5 star brand; pre opening experience advantageous.
- Must be a certified butler professional.
