Responsibilities
- Serve as the on ground ambassador for residents, ensuring every interaction reflects ultra luxury living and personalized service
- Build, recruit, and lead the full front of house residential team including Concierge, Doormen, Lobby Hosts, and Housekeeping
- Define service standards for each front of house function, ensuring consistency with brand positioning
- Oversee all front of house and back of house residential operations, maintaining immaculate standards
- Handle resident requests, feedback, and concerns with poise, urgency, and emotional intelligence
- Support onboarding of new residents, ensuring extraordinary arrival and settling in experience
- Monitor daily KPIs and operational checklists, escalating and resolving issues proactively
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and RERA guidelines
- Drive resident engagement through curated lifestyle programming, exclusive events, and community building initiatives
Requirements
- Background in ultra luxury hospitality operations, 5 star hotel, branded residence, or private members club at a senior operational level
- Proven experience building and leading front of house teams
- Exceptional communicator, polished, warm, and confident
- Highly organized and solutions oriented with sharp attention to detail
- Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and discreet
- English fluency is essential
- UAE experience strongly preferred

What You'll Do
- Serve as the on ground ambassador for residents, ensuring every interaction reflects ultra luxury living and personalized service.
- Act as a trusted and visible presence for residents, building genuine relationships rooted in discretion, warmth, and personalized attention.
- Build, recruit, and lead the full front of house residential team, including Concierge, Doormen, Lobby Hosts, and Housekeeping.
- Develop and nurture a high performing team through hands on leadership, structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and performance management.
- Define service standards for each front of house function, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand’s ultra luxury positioning.
- Oversee all front of house and back of house residential operations, maintaining immaculate standards at all times.
- Handle resident requests, feedback, and concerns with poise, urgency, and emotional intelligence.
- Support the onboarding of new residents, ensuring their arrival and settling in experience is extraordinary.
- Monitor daily KPIs and operational checklists, escalating and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and RERA guidelines.
- Drive resident engagement through curated lifestyle programming, exclusive events, and community building initiatives.
- Uphold and champion the brand’s ultra luxury standards, continuously benchmarking against the finest residential addresses globally.
What You'll Bring
- A genuine passion for ultra luxury hospitality and an instinctive understanding of the needs of high net worth and ultra high net worth residents.
- A background in ultra luxury hospitality operations, 5 star hotel, branded residence, or private members club at a senior operational level.
- Proven experience building and leading front of house teams.
- An exceptional communicator, polished, warm, and confident in every resident and team interaction.
- Highly organized and solutions oriented, with a hands on approach and sharp attention to detail.
- Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and discreet, someone who leads by example and commands respect naturally.
- UAE experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with Dubai’s luxury residential landscape is a distinct advantage.
- English fluency is essential; additional languages are a welcome advantage.
