Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, polished, and highly personalized welcome experience in the lobby of AVA at Palm Jumeirah
- Greet residents, their family members, and visitors with genuine care and professionalism
- Ensure every arrival and departure reflects the exceptional standards of Dorchester Collection
- Work in close partnership with the Doorman and Concierge team to ensure all resident requests are fulfilled seamlessly
- Support arrivals and departures through luggage assistance, resident deliveries, and thoughtful recognition
- Address residents by name and maintain a composed, welcoming presence
- Ensure effective communication and shift handovers
- Maintain full knowledge of residence policies, procedures, and facilities
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting both day and night shifts as operational needs require
Requirements
- 1 2 years' experience in a similar role or within a luxury hotel or branded residential environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Warm personality, attention to detail, and passion for luxury service
- Ability to multitask gracefully in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and support physically active tasks such as luggage handling
- Flexibility to support both day and night shifts as operational needs require
- Additional languages are an advantage

- English is the primary language used at AVA. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages are an advantage.
