- Manage and grow a portfolio of exhibitor and sponsor accounts, ensuring high levels of client retention and revenue growth
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand the exhibitor and sponsorship base
- Achieve and exceed individual sales revenue and profitability targets
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers through a consultative sales approach
- Understand clients' business objectives and recommend tailored exhibition, sponsorship, and partnership solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial agreements
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, content, and production teams to ensure successful event delivery
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and exhibitions to generate leads and strengthen market presence
- Support exhibitors and sponsors throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring contractual commitments are fulfilled
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, high performance sales culture when required
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in exhibition sales, sponsorship sales, event sales, or a related B2B commercial role
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling exhibition space, sponsorship opportunities, or event related solutions
- Strong understanding of the exhibitions, conferences, events, or trade show industry
- Experience managing key accounts and developing long term client relationships
- Ability to engage and negotiate with senior level stakeholders and decision makers
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Sales Manager for one of our exhibition clients to drive revenue growth through the sale of exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and strategic partnerships across a portfolio of events.
- This role requires a commercially driven individual with strong relationship building skills, experience selling into the events sector, and the ability to engage with senior decision makers across a range of industries.
