Overview

We're hiring a high-energy Sales Executive to fuel revenue growth through lead generation, phone-based deal closures, and lasting customer relationships in our ERP solutions space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute 50–60 daily outbound calls to prospects and existing clients using provided scripts.
  • Pitch products/services, handle queries, uncover needs, and close sales.
  • Refer qualified leads to field sales when needed.
  • Log customer data, interactions, and updates accurately in CRM/database.
  • Showcase deep knowledge of ERP benefits to drive conversions.
  • Process orders precisely, exceed quotas, and nurture repeat business.
  • Document calls, outcomes, and insights for seamless follow-up.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of ERP modules like CRM, HR, Trading, Manufacturing, and Accounts.
  • Quick learner who communicates product value persuasively.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer-focused skills.
