We're hiring a high-energy Sales Executive to fuel revenue growth through lead generation, phone-based deal closures, and lasting customer relationships in our ERP solutions space.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 50–60 daily outbound calls to prospects and existing clients using provided scripts.
- Pitch products/services, handle queries, uncover needs, and close sales.
- Refer qualified leads to field sales when needed.
- Log customer data, interactions, and updates accurately in CRM/database.
- Showcase deep knowledge of ERP benefits to drive conversions.
- Process orders precisely, exceed quotas, and nurture repeat business.
- Document calls, outcomes, and insights for seamless follow-up.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules like CRM, HR, Trading, Manufacturing, and Accounts.
- Quick learner who communicates product value persuasively.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer-focused skills.
- Resilient under pressure, handling rejection in a target-driven role.
- Sharp negotiation abilities to resolve issues and build loyalty.
