We’re seeking a dynamic **Sales Executive** to drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads, closing deals over the phone, and building strong, long‑term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 50–60 outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers, following provided scripts and guidelines.
- Introduce our products and services, answer customer queries, and uncover business needs to secure sales.
- Refer suitable leads to the field sales team when required.
- Accurately enter and update customer information and interaction details in the CRM/database.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of ERP business solutions and their benefits.
- Take and process orders with accuracy, and consistently work beyond targets to achieve sales quotas and support future business.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive records of calls, conversations, sales outcomes, and key customer insights.
Required Skills
- Strong grasp of relevant ERP modules such as CRM, Human Resources, Trading, Manufacturing, and Accounts.
- Ability to quickly learn product details and explain them clearly and persuasively to prospects.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach.
- Calm, composed attitude to handle rejection and pressure in a target‑driven environment.
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues, address complaints, and strengthen customer relationships.
