Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while expanding the customer base within the Saudi market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and provide technical expertise and guidance to customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Provide exceptional after sales service and conduct regular follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and other required documentation
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven sales experience in steel doors, wooden doors, and architectural doors hardware, preferably within the Saudi market
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, proactive, and results driven with the ability to work independently
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced in working with ERP systems
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast paced environment
