Overview

  • Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, expanding market share, managing key accounts and distribution channels, and delivering revenue and profitability targets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Deliver revenue, volume, margin and market share targets.
  • Lead and develop regional sales managers, key account teams and channel sales teams.
  • Expand business across retail, wholesale, project, contractor and industrial channels.
  • Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, consultants, contractors and major customers.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and geographic areas.
  • Improve pricing, product mix, sales forecasting and customer profitability.
  • Lead major commercial negotiations and strategic customer agreements.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, supply chain and finance teams.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer requirements.
  • Establish clear sales targets, performance indicators and incentive plans.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of sales experience, including senior leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience in paints, coatings, construction chemicals, building materials or a related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi and GCC markets.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Experience managing distributors, dealers, key accounts and project sales.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation and commercial planning skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English.
