- Develop and execute the national sales strategy in line with business objectives
- Deliver revenue, volume, margin and market share targets
- Lead and develop regional sales managers, key account teams and channel sales teams
- Expand business across retail, wholesale, project, contractor and industrial channels
- Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, consultants, contractors and major customers
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and geographic areas
- Improve pricing, product mix, sales forecasting and customer profitability
- Lead major commercial negotiations and strategic customer agreements
- Work closely with marketing, operations, supply chain and finance teams
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer requirements
- Establish clear sales targets, performance indicators and incentive plans
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field
- At least 12 years of sales experience, including senior leadership responsibility
- Proven experience in paints, coatings, construction chemicals, building materials or related sector
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi and GCC markets
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and expanding market share
- Experience managing distributors, dealers, key accounts and project sales
- Strong leadership, negotiation and commercial planning skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
