  • Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in Hospitality and Hotel Management located in Makkah.
  • The Business Development Manager will Plan and direct development strategies and institutional activities within the organization to enhance institutional efficiency and employee performance.
  • Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the organizational culture and work environment, engage employees in organizational affairs, and strengthen commitment and loyalty levels.
  • Manage daily operations, ensure optimal resource allocation, and oversee activities related to employee planning, development, and training to enhance their efficiency.
  • Guide and support managers in planning and implementing institutional change processes.
  • Monitor departmental performance and conduct periodic operational evaluations.
  • Establish policies and procedures to support the organization and oversee their implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as Business Development in the relevant functional scope within the hospitality and Hajj/Umrah sector.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing strategic business development plans.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Saudi hospitality market, particularly in Makkah and the Holy Sites.
  • Strong understanding of Hajj and Umrah operational cycles, seasonality, and pilgrim service requirements.
  • Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Experience in managing key accounts and building long term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Experience in developing and presenting business proposals and investment cases to senior leadership.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
