An investment firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Financial Analysis & Modeling professional to support financing transactions. The role involves financial modeling, due diligence, preparing investment materials, and transaction structuring.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed financial models, cash flow projections, debt schedules, and scenario analyses to support transaction structuring activities
- Perform financial analysis, covenant calculations, ratio analysis, and sponsor performance assessments
- Conduct financial due diligence, market research, sponsor background investigations, and industry analysis
- Support transaction structuring by documenting assumptions, preparing analytical reports, and participating in internal structuring discussions
- Prepare investor presentations, investment memoranda, term sheets, and transaction documentation
- Support investor roadshows by preparing financial analysis, presentation materials, and responses to investor inquiries
- Monitor transaction performance, prepare periodic reporting, and track financial covenants after transaction closing
- Maintain transaction pipelines, deal trackers, document repositories, and version controlled transaction records
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, template development, and knowledge management across the arranging function
- Collaborate closely with senior team members, investment professionals, legal advisors, and external stakeholders throughout transaction execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial advisory, transaction services, private equity, or real estate finance
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience preparing financial analysis, investment presentations, and transaction documentation
- Knowledge of financial statements, valuation techniques, cash flow analysis, and credit assessment
- Exposure to capital markets, structured finance, or Islamic finance is considered an advantage
- Programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or R is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage

- As a Financial Analysis & Modeling, you will support the execution of financing transactions by conducting financial analysis, building financial models, preparing investment materials, and assisting with transaction structuring and due diligence activities.
