- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, market share, and distribution objectives across Saudi Arabia
- Lead and develop the sales organization, ensuring high performance across all sales channels and regions
- Drive business growth by expanding market coverage, strengthening key customer relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities
- Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and performance management to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales execution and route to market strategies
- Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Operations to deliver business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the food, dairy, or beverage sectors
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market and proven success managing multi channel sales operations
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and route to market development
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, pricing, trade spend, and P&L management
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- As a Sales Director, you will lead and develop the overall sales strategy across the organization, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, market share, and distribution objectives across Saudi Arabia.
- Lead and develop the sales organization, ensuring high performance across all sales channels and regions.
- Drive business growth by expanding market coverage, strengthening key customer relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and performance management to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales execution and route to market strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the food, dairy, or beverage sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market and proven success managing multi channel sales operations, including traditional trade, modern trade, key accounts, e commerce, foodservice, and cash van distribution.
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and route to market development.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, pricing, trade spend, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build high performing teams and collaborate effectively across cross functional departments.
