- Identify and research potential clients through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team members.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
- Stay informed on Mnzil's offerings and the real estate/workforce housing market in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, resilient, and results driven mindset.
- Comfort with cold outreach and handling objections.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.
- Fluent in Arabic, with English proficiency.

Sales Development Representative

- As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads, and building the pipeline that fuels Mnzil's growth.
What You'll Own
