- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts across multiple priorities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for leadership
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Organize and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely execution
- Support planning and coordination of company events and offsites
- Manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and calendar/scheduling tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in Arabic and English

What You'll Own
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts across multiple priorities

What You Bring
