Adree is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to join its sales team.
The role generates new business opportunities and qualifies leads for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Initiate contact with prospects to introduce products and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions with leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead conversion strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Achieve and exceed targeted lead generation, qualification, and appointment metrics.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least one year of technology industry experience, including software solutions services or products, is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen actively and ask relevant questions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High motivation and desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Technology or SaaS industry experience is a plus.
