Role Overview
Adree is seeking a highly technical and collaborative OutSystems Developer, Senior Tech Lead.
The role is the technical authority for OutSystems implementations and oversees enterprise-grade digital solution delivery.
The position bridges business requirements and technical execution to deliver scalable, secure, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor OutSystems developers, conduct code reviews, and establish development standards.
- Design OutSystems Reactive Web and Mobile applications using 4-Layer Architecture principles.
- Architect integrations with external systems, databases, APIs, Creatio CRM, and .NET backends.
- Oversee delivery, code quality, performance optimization, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development estimates with cross-functional partners.
- Resolve technical blockers, performance bottlenecks, and critical production issues.
- Implement access control, data encryption, and OWASP Top 10 mitigation.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of software development experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on enterprise application development using OutSystems.
- Experience leading technical teams or serving as a Tech Lead or Architect in an Agile environment.
Technical Skills
- Deep knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, and LifeTime.
- Expertise in OutSystems architecture patterns, refactoring, and database modeling.
- Strong SQL Server or Oracle database design, stored procedure, and optimization skills.
- Good grasp of .NET and C# for custom extensions.
- Solid Scrum knowledge and practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, mentorship, and communication skills.
