Role Overview
Adree is seeking a highly technical and collaborative OutSystems Developer, Senior Tech Lead.
The role designs, builds, and oversees enterprise-grade digital solutions.
The Tech Lead acts as the technical authority for OutSystems implementations and connects business requirements with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor OutSystems developers, conduct code reviews, and establish development standards.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Reactive Web and Mobile applications using OutSystems 4-Layer Architecture principles.
- Architect integrations with external systems, databases, REST and SOAP APIs, Creatio CRM, and .NET backends.
- Oversee technical delivery, code quality, performance optimization, and CI/CD deployment pipelines using OutSystems Service Studio and Lifetime.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UI/UX designers to define technical specifications and estimate effort.
- Resolve complex technical blockers, performance bottlenecks, and critical production issues across environments.
- Implement access control, data encryption, and OWASP Top 10 mitigation within the OutSystems ecosystem.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in OutSystems implementations and enterprise application delivery.
- Ability to lead and mentor OutSystems developers, conduct code reviews, and establish development standards.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable Reactive Web and Mobile applications using OutSystems 4-Layer Architecture principles.
- Experience architecting integrations with external systems, databases, REST and SOAP APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Ability to oversee technical delivery, code quality, performance optimization, and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to apply access control, data encryption, and OWASP Top 10 mitigation practices.
