CreditCare Credit Management LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Dubai team.
The role handles customer inquiries, provides support, and maintains customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English is required.
- Additional languages are a plus.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary is up to AED 3,000 based on experience.
- Visa, medical coverage, and other benefits are provided according to UAE Labour Law.
Employment Terms
- The posting lists full-time permanent employment and also includes a 24-month contract listing.
