About the Role
Foodics is offering a Sales Coordinator Intern/Summer Internship in Riyadh. The intern will respond to inquiries, make cold calls, follow up on leads, and support the sales team. No compensation is provided during or after the internship, and no full-time job is guaranteed.

Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify real time telephone and web inquiries regarding company products and services.
- Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team.
- Follow up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and sales team.
- Handle inquiries and overcome objections with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo.
- Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships.
- Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source.
- Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Communications, English or any business course.
- Confident in handling calls and making cold calls.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English.
- Should be well organized and have exceptional attention to details.
- A desire for continuous learning, improvement, and overall career growth.
- Self starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Must be flexible to work in a fast paced and evolving environment.

What Will You Do?
- Respond to and qualify real time telephone and web inquiries coming from Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company's products and services.
- Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once converted.
- Follow up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRM.
- Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo.
- Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships.
- Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand.
- Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility.
- Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target account.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree holder in Communications, English or any business course.
- Confident in handling calls and making cold calls.
- Excellent customer service skills will never take a "NO" personality.
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
- Should be well organized and have exceptional attention to details.
