- Develop and maintain the company's risk management framework
- Establish risk management policies, risk appetite, and associated limits
- Design and implement risk management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Conduct risk assessments across functions and new products
- Establish continuous risk monitoring with early warning indicators and key risk indicators
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register
- Report and analyze operational risk incidents and associated losses
- Develop risk management awareness and culture across the company
- Ensure risk transfer techniques including insurance are implemented
- Liaise with functional heads to improve risk management capabilities
- Implement risk reporting aligned with regulatory requirements and board oversight
- Enhance and implement business continuity plan
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably in the financial industry
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Actuarial, or any relevant major
- Knowledge of risk assessment, control, and analysis
- Familiarity with SAMA compliance standards and regulations
- Solid and demonstrated project management skills
- Firm grasp of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and G Suite
- Great team player with a positive mindset

The Job in a Nutshell
- The Risk Lead will develop and maintain a risk management framework for the company.
- Ensure risk exposures are mitigated and managed within accepted risk appetite.
- Apply best practices in managing risks and satisfy regulations and shareholders.
What Will You Do?
- Develop the company's risk management strategy in coordination with other functions.
- Establish and develop Risk Management framework, policies, risk appetite and limits.
- Develop risk management procedures to manage operational and financial objectives.
- Design and implement appropriate Risk Management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Conduct risk assessment and analysis across functions and new products.
- Perform risk assessment for strategic projects and documentation.
- Establish continuous risk monitoring with early warning indicators and key risk indicators.
- Establish comprehensive risk register covering all internal and external risks.
- Set up reporting and analysis of operational risk incidents and associated losses.
- Develop periodic risk management awareness and build a strong risk culture.
- Ensure risk transfer techniques including insurance are implemented.
- Liaise with functional heads to improve risk management capabilities.
What Are We Looking For?
- At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably in financial industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Actuarial, or relevant major.
- Knowledge of risk assessment, control, and analysis.
