About the Role

- Manage an outbound tele sales team to identify opportunities to expand penetration of Foodics products among existing customers
- Set up processes and KPIs to track and optimize team performance
- Lead expansion efforts of newly launched Foodics products towards existing customers
- Collaborate with higher management to establish and execute sales targets countrywide
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of expansion sales
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales
- Assist sales personnel in their techniques
- Develop specific strategies to ensure long and short term growth
Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience in SaaS / FMCG / F&B / FinTech industry
- Experience managing a high performance tele sales team of at least 5 people
- Track record of consistently achieving quota
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills
- Self starter able to work independently across functional groups
- Flexible to work in a fast paced environment
