- Respond to and qualify real time telephone and web inquiries from Foodics website and other channels.
- Make cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to sales team.
- Follow up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and sales team.
- Manage prospects with ability to articulate value proposition and navigate objections.
- Work closely with sales operations team to accelerate sales cycle.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other campaigns.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (implied internship)
- Strong communication and phone skills

What Will You Do
- Respond to and qualify real time telephone and web inquiries coming from Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company's products and services.
- Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once converted.
- Follow up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRM.
- Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo.
- Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships.
- Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand.
- Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility.
- Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target account.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns.
