Job Description
Provide administrative support to the sales office at Park Rotana and Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi.
Deliver customer service and creative solutions to guests while supporting sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales offer letters, update the sales database, and check documents before signature.
- Compose correspondence for the Director of Sales and other executives.
- Maintain a prompt and accurate follow-up and trace system for correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries and route urgent matters to the appropriate person.
- Complete and submit the sales month-end report on time.
- Send sales correspondence and offers within a maximum of 24 hours.
- Communicate effectively while managing administrative demands in a pressured environment.
- Keep equipment in working order and cultivate care for equipment used.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- A college diploma and relevant previous work experience are preferred or expected.
- Good computer skills and perfect command of English are required.
- Additional language skills are an asset.
