Job Description
Rotana Hotels is seeking a passionate and guest-focused housekeeping professional who can deliver exceptional customer service and creative solutions for guests.
The Executive Housekeeper manages daily housekeeping operations and develops a multicultural team to maintain and exceed Rotana standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all hotel guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to the highest cleanliness standards.
- Establish standards and guidelines for guest satisfaction and team productivity in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Supervise training for housekeeping team members and evaluate departmental working standards.
- Build effective working relationships within the department and with other hotel departments.
- Control departmental purchases while monitoring quality and cost.
- Manage housekeeping equipment, linen, and uniforms.
- Set short- and long-term strategies for the department.
- Demonstrate professional work conduct and service standards by personal example.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- A college or university degree is required.
- At least three years of previous housekeeping management experience in a hotel or resort is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Knowledge of Micros or Opera, administration, organisational skills, and computer literacy are required.

- The successful candidate should be a strong professional with attention to detail and a passion for high-quality hotel keeping.
