The employer is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Recreation professional.
The Recreation Supervisor oversees club facilities and employees and supports efficient, timely health club operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise club facilities and employees when the Assistant Recreation Manager is absent.
- Conduct daily briefings with recreation management and employees.
- Enforce club rules and regulations.
- Update and develop SOPs and ensure employees are trained to required standards.
- Maintain knowledge of facilities, memberships, and services.
- Implement cleaning and maintenance checklists on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Ensure the club remains clean, tidy, and properly set up.
- Maintain safety and cleaning standards during daily operations.
- Ensure guests follow club rules and regulations.
- Prepare the weekly duty roster.
Education and Experience
- A diploma or degree in sports or leisure is ideally preferred.
- Previous similar work experience is ideally preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- The role requires customer care, leadership, motivation, and team guidance.
- The candidate should understand hotel operations and supervise people and operations.
- Planning, teamwork, communication, adaptability, customer focus, and results orientation are valued.
- Computer knowledge is advantageous.
- The candidate should contribute to sales activities and solve problems effectively.
