Job Description
Provide professional, customer-focused telephone support to hotel guests.
Deliver courteous service that contributes to a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communicate with related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle queries politely and courteously while exceeding guest expectations.
- Greet guests by name according to hotel standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of the hotel and local services.
- Use the Opera guest profile system to maintain awareness of guest profiles.
- Complete long-distance call vouchers and record them on the traffic sheet.
- Maintain and deliver guest wake-up calls on time and to standard.
- Operate the switchboard to transfer internal and external calls efficiently.
- Take messages for guests and management according to required standards.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- A diploma or degree in hospitality is ideally expected.
- Similar previous work experience is ideally expected.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
- Strong voice modulation abilities are essential.
- Computer literacy is required.
- Previous experience with Opera is advantageous.
Knowledge and Competencies

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
