Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Ensure understanding of business strategy and brand positioning.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on Anantara products, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Understand account base priorities to direct personal efforts.
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide proactive follow up.
  • Maintain working knowledge of IT support tools including CRM, Opera, and Microsoft Office.
  • Establish, maintain, and update client databases and CRM records.
  • Maintain accurate management status reporting on sales activities and forecasts.
  • Process paperwork including proposals, quotations, contracts, and reports.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of group, MICE, and event bookings.
  • Coordinate client familiarization trips, site inspections, and sales trips.
  • Support development of new client contacts and maintain existing relationships.
  • Drive opportunities to upsell and cross sell Anantara products.
