Role Overview
Seeking a confident, motivated, and target-oriented Sales and Business Development Executive.
The role involves communicating with clients and decision-makers, building professional relationships, and converting opportunities into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Communicate with decision-makers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful deals.
- Present and promote company services professionally.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Continuously learn and improve sales and communication skills.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills; Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
- At least 6 months of sales experience is preferred, but freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn are encouraged.
- Experience in B2B sales, recruitment, accounting, trading, telecalling, or similar fields is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation skills are required.
- University students must have flexible university timings to accommodate the working schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is AED 2,200–3,000 per month.
- Commission is provided for successful deals based on performance.
- High-performing candidates may earn AED 4,000–5,000 or more during the initial months through commissions.
- Performance reviews are conducted every 6 months.
Working Hours
- Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM.
- Saturday: 8:30 AM–1:30 PM; Sunday is off.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
