Project Coordinator position supporting construction and interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
Coordinate site and office teams and support project execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is full-time.
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, trackers, and correspondence.
- Coordinate site and office teams and follow up on requirements, deadlines, and pending actions.
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Track materials, samples, approvals, and procurement requirements.
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes and action trackers.
- Maintain communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience
- Three to four years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator is required.
- Dubai or UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in construction and interior fit-out projects is required.
- Experience with interior fit-out contractors, construction companies, or joinery and fit-out companies in Dubai is preferred.
Required Skills
- Project coordination, documentation, stakeholder coordination, communication, organization, and follow-up skills are required.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is required.
- Ability to read basic construction drawings and project documents is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–AED 6,000 per month.
Availability
- Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred.
