Job Overview
Join a multidisciplinary design team as a Structural Design Engineer in Dubai.
The role covers structural design and delivery for low-rise and high-rise building projects.
The position requires expertise in concrete and steel structures, structural analysis software, the Dubai Building Code, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop structural designs for reinforced concrete and steel buildings across all project stages.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and 3D models.
- Perform structural analysis and design for low-rise and high-rise buildings.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, Revit modelers, project leads, and other consultants.
- Ensure compliance with the Dubai Building Code, authority requirements, and international standards.
- Participate in coordination meetings, technical reviews, workshops, and client discussions.
- Review structural drawings, models, calculations, and technical submissions.
- Provide technical support during tendering and construction stages.
- Respond to RFIs and technical queries and review shop drawings and contractor submissions.
- Identify design issues and provide practical, technically sound solutions.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
